Edenred commitment

Edenred Finland Oy is committed to ensuring that its websites, mobile applications, intranet, extranet and software comply with the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019).

We value inclusion and diversity and aim to ensure that our website is accessible and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.

As part of this digital accessibility approach, we collaborate with Accessiway S.r.l.

We are firmly committed to a web for all. With a long-term and responsible vision, we aim to fully meet regulatory requirements, particularly the European standard EN 301 549.

Accessibility assesment

The accessibility of this website has been assessed through an accessibility audit carried out by Accessiway S.r.l., complemented by an internal self-assessment. The evaluation is based on the WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria and the EN 301 549 standard.

Compliance status

The delicard.fi website is partially compliant with accessibility requirements.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance

C.11.1.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to users does not have a text alternative serving the equivalent purpose

The website contains images and icons whose text alternatives do not always adequately describe their content or purpose. In addition, some decorative images and icons are unnecessarily exposed to assistive technologies.

C.11.1.3.1.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through presentation cannot be programmatically determined

The website contains deficiencies in heading structures, semantic markup, and the implementation of certain components. As a result, not all information, structure, or relationships conveyed by the pages can be interpreted by assistive technologies in all situations.

C.11.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images of text does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio

On some pages, the contrast between text and its background does not meet the minimum contrast requirements, which may make content more difficult to perceive and read.

C.11.1.4.11 – The visual contrast of some essential user interface components does not exceed a 3:1 ratio against adjacent colors

Some form controls and other user interface elements are not visually distinct enough from their background or surrounding elements due to insufficient contrast in borders, outlines, or state indicators.

C.11.1.4.13 – Content appearing on hover or focus does not fully meet accessibility requirements

Some user interface elements that appear when hovering with a pointer or receiving keyboard focus do not fully meet accessibility requirements in terms of operability, dismissibility, or accessible structure.

C.11.2.1.1.1 – Some functionality cannot be operated using a keyboard

Not all functionality on the website can be used with a keyboard alone. The issues are primarily related to custom user interface components that have structural or semantic accessibility deficiencies.

C.11.2.4.1 – Mechanisms for bypassing repeated content are not available throughout the website

The website does not provide a mechanism that allows users to skip directly to the main content and bypass repeated navigation and header sections.

C.11.2.4.2 – Not all pages have a descriptive page title

Not all pages have a descriptive page title that clearly identifies the purpose of the page.

C.11.2.4.3 – Focusable components do not always receive focus in an order that preserves meaning and operability

In some dialogs and dynamic user interface components, keyboard focus does not move in a logical order from the user's perspective or remain within the active component.

C.11.2.4.4 – The purpose of links is not always clear from the link text or its context

The website contains links whose purpose cannot always be determined from the link text alone or from its programmatically determinable context.

C.11.2.4.7 – Keyboard focus is not always visible

The keyboard focus indicator is not always sufficiently visible on all user interface components, which may make the website more difficult to use without a mouse.

C.11.3.3.1 – Errors are not always identified or described clearly enough

In some forms, error situations are not communicated to users in an accessible manner, meaning that the existence or cause of an error may not be conveyed to users of assistive technologies.

C.11.3.3.2 – Content requiring user input does not always provide labels or instructions

Instructions related to required fields, user input, or completing actions are not always presented clearly or accessibly in all forms.

C.11.4.1.2.1 – User interface components do not always have correct or defined names, roles, states, properties, or values

Some user interface components, such as menus, accordions, tabs, buttons, filters, and dialogs, do not have properly defined names, roles, states, or properties. This may make them more difficult to use with assistive technologies.

C.11.4.1.3.1 – Status messages are not always presented in a way that can be interpreted by assistive technologies without moving focus

Not all dynamically updated status messages, such as notifications related to shopping cart contents or quantity changes, are communicated to assistive technologies in an accessible way.
